My Client is looking for a Deputy General Manager to work on their busy tourist attraction in Dudley. The site opens its doors to over 300,000 tourists a year who come to explore the attraction and unwind in the local food and drink outlets. If you think you have what it takes to work on this busy site, then we want to hear from you! This is an excellent role for a Deputy General Manager who is looking to gain experience in a high volume environment and is looking to develop as a General Manager. This will look great on your CV!
The successful Deputy General Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operation of the Food and Drink outlets and heritage shops driving the businesses financial performance, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service to our visitors ensuring they have a memorable experience. You will be required to work in a fast paced multi-unit environment and will be responsible for managing a team, identifying training and development needs and motivating a team, rotas, payroll and more…
