Producing a mix of classical and modern fine dining cuisine, this is the perfect venture for a determined, focused chef who wants to progress in their career.
Highlights of the role are: –
- A salary of £21,500
- Paid overtime
- 2 split shifts and 3 straights shifts approx. 50hrs

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
- Knowledge of seasonal and fresh food
- Experience in a high standard busy kitchen, preferable Rosette or Michelin
- Demonstrate the ability to work using your own initiative
- Demonstrate a real love and passion for creating food at the highest level with a desire to learn
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
The Demi Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –
- Ensuring that high standards of food preparation and service are upheld
- Ensuring high standards of food safety
- Assisting senior chefs in monitoring juniors
