A Commis Chef is required for a high end fresh gastro pub in near Solihull working within a small kitchen brigade. The Head Chef is all about his food BUT more importantly his team. This is a hands on Head Chef who doesn’t sit in the office – every service you will be working side by side.

This is an awesome role for a Commis Chef as you will earn and also get paid! You will get paid between £19,500 and £21,000 which is huge for a Commis Chef role plus all the tips which are around £100 a week.

This stunning high end restaurant is the place to be in Solihull. This place makes a lot of money – the owner likes to reward its staff who work hard by offering a generous salary as well as great (consistent) tips. This is the flagship property of the group in terms of the food and service.

Once you are in with the company they will not let you go – backed heavily they are not afraid to invest – this place is the place to be – cleverly located. This is a fun and exciting company and pub to work in where the whole tem works together and you are rewarded for your hard work by £100 a week in tips! You will get paid cash tips per week and credit card tips at the end of the month – NO TRONC system.

The Head Chef will give you your 2 days off as well as an early shift so you get an extra night off – 3 in total!
