Being a Recruitment Consultant is both highly demanding and highly rewarding, requiring diverse skillsets and personal attributes. - Sourcing & interviewing candidates and guiding them through the whole recruitment process.
- Satisfying clients’ needs by promptly supplying chefs into shifts that need to be filled.
- Building relationships and effective networks with clients and candidates.
- Working to Key Performance Indicators and achieving recruitment targets.
