Being a Recruitment Consultant is both highly demanding and highly rewarding, requiring diverse skillsets and personal attributes. As such, at Jubilee Catering Recruitment we are open to considering applicants from various backgrounds spanning catering/hospitality industry professionals, candidates with recruitment experience or people coming from positions such as sales, account management, business development or similar vocations.   • Sourcing & interviewing candidates and guiding them through the whole recruitment process.
  • Satisfying clients’ needs by promptly supplying chefs into shifts that need to be filled.
  • Building relationships and effective networks with clients and candidates.
  • Working to Key Performance Indicators and achieving recruitment targets.
