A Chef de Partie or Junior Sous is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen in in the Midlands area. The Michelin Star Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous with Rosette experience to come and join him.

The owners of the Boutique Hotel have poured millions into this – we are talking brand new everything and all the latest equipment. The goal is to get a Michelin Star and 3 Rosettes as a minimum and the Head Chef has been backed fully to be the best boutique hotel in Britain.

The hotel owns a farm as well so everything is produced locally – they own 3000 acres of land and have 12 fulltime gardeners – they have one of the best Cheese Makers from the USA working there – the wine cellar costs thousands so the food has to match the standards set.
Due to the confidentiality of this role and location if you are a Rosette or Michelin Chef who lives near Banbury, Cotswolds and Warwickshire this is for you.
