This hotel consists of a fine dining restaurant and also a new 30 cover Italian restaurant – both concepts are fresh, local and seasonal. This hotel is not understaffed – just expanding – you will be working in a team of 15 in the brigade.
As mentioned, this role you will be paid overtime but key you will be asked if you want extra hours rather than automatically being put on more hours – if you want to work 40 that’s fine or 45 or 50 its upto you.
The live in accommodation is decent in a house share of 1 other person on site.
