A Chef de partie is required for a stylish hotel located near Burton upon Trent.

This Hotel offers everything from a busy restaurant with Breakfast to dinner, contemporary afternoon tea and high volume conference and banqueting facilities.

No two days will be the same! And as you will be joining a large  international Hotel company, the opportunity for progression is ripe.

This is a great opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a tight team! You will be involved in all departments that includes the fine dining restaurant and outstanding function venues.

This role would suit a commis looking for his next role or a current CDP looking to join an environment which will hone in on and develop his skills whilst offering the right development into a junior sous role.

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Chef experience preferably in a busy Hotel environment.

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

 

 

The Chef de Partie  role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Carrying out CDP responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
