An amazing restaurant with a Rosette is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join their award-winning team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the high standards that have earned the restaurant prestigious rosette.

Chef de Partie Snapshot:

  • Salary £28,000 to £29,000 + Tips
  • 40 hour contract
  • Straight Shifts
  • Fine dining – Fresh food operation – 1 AA Rosette

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a specific kitchen station, ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes meet established standards.
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation according to rosette-awarded standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
  • Adhere to and enforce food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and commis chefs.
  • Contribute creative ideas to menu development.
