Chef de Partie – Michelin- Closed Christmas – No Salary Cap
A Michelin Star fine dining restaurant property is looking for a Chef de Partie in the Birmingham area. The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie or perhaps a Junior Sous who is already in a Michelin/Rosettes to join his award winning team.
PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS BIRMINGHAM – West Midlands – so it does require relocation – they will help you with the relocation.
Michelin experience would be advantageous or high Rosettes. If you do have Michelin or 3aa Rosette experience then there is no salary cap – in short, they will pay you want you require.
You will also be working in a kitchen that does a number of collaboration nights with other household names Michelin Chefs.
Highlights of this role are:
Salary: £20,000 – £26,000
£4,000 tips a year
