Chef De Partie – I am currently recruiting for a Live in Chef De Partie for a 1 Rosette Restaurant in the heart of Cornwall. My client is based in a beautiful restaurant within a hotel with stunning views of the Bay.


The ideal Chef De Partie will have experience working in a similar style business, thrive on working in a fast paced environment and have passion for the industry. You must be willing to live in and relocate.

 Some of the Chef De Parties responsibilities will include:

  • Working across all sections
  • Prep for lunch and dinner service
  • Maintain a clean and organised section


My client is offering a salary of up to £19,000 pa with private live in provided. Seasonal work closed from middle of November for 3 months.

This award winning restaurant has 1 rosette set in a beautiful part of the country. The restaurant has 100 covers operating for lunch and dinner. They have been operating for years and are an established business with customers visiting form Nationwide.
