A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen near Leicester. My client is looking for a Chef de Partie who has a good background in high volume and fresh food. If you are a Chef in the Leicester area or outside Leicester you will want to apply for this. Even if you have a Rosette background or a corporate hotel background.

In a brigade of 10 Chefs you will be working straight shifts mainly 3 types of shifts.

6 – 2:30pm

8 – 4:30pm

2 – 10pm

The Head Chef is looking for someone who can handle large amount of covers – with a number of different outlets going on this conference centre is busy BUT has the drive to deliver. This role is perfect for some with a Conference and Banqueting background or someone who has worked in hotels.

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.

– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry

– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Carrying out Chef de Partie duties in a professional and credible manner.

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
