Chef de Partie – 4 out of 7 days Nationwide

A Chef de Partie is required for a stylish hotel located near Burton upon Trent.

This is a great opportunity to join one of Staffordshire’s most famous & best hotels.

This is a large kitchen brigade so there is a good bunch of experienced Chefs to learn from. As it’s a busy establishment with multi – outlets you will have an opportunity to work in the deli, banqueting & the fine dining restaurant. So no two days are the same.

The ambition for the hotel is to gain 2 AA Rosettes, so if you are ambitious and share the vision of working in a top establishment then this could be the role for you.

We are all aware that this industry can be very demanding, so the Exec Head Chef has created a working pattern to try and support a better work life balance with a weekly contract of 48 hrs over just 4 days. That means three days off a week!

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Chef experience preferably in a luxury Hotel environment.

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

– Due to the location, it is required for you to have your own transport.

 

The Chef de Partie  role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Carrying out CDP responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
