A family run hotel is looking for a Chef De Partie for its fresh food restaurant. This is Avery settled team where fresh food is paramount to the operation. You will be catering for the restaurant as well as banqueting, so a great place to keep learning.


As a Chef de Partie, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

  • Professional Chef Experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.
  • Proven knife skills.
  • Creativity and idea’s towards the industry.
  • Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.


The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involve the following: –

  • Carrying out responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.
  • Operation of a section and meeting all standards set by the Head Chef.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
  • Experience managing a variety of sections is vital


In return for being a Chef de Partie in this wonderful establishment, the client is offering a base salary between £17000 and £19,000 annually in addition to other benefits.
