This is a great opportunity for an experienced cocktail Bar Manager to join the team in one of Birmingham’s most prestigious Restaurants. As the Bar Manager you will lead a small team of cocktail bar staff in a funky fusion restaurant, it’s the high-end and the first choice for many professional footballers, international Athletes and celebrities.
The management are looking for an outgoing and unique personality that can fit the venue, you will be the face of the restaurant, leaving a great impression and long lasting relationships with the clients.
This is a one of a kind venue so you will need to be too.
As the Bar Manager you will be responsible for:
– Recruitment and training of the Bar team
– Menu development
– Create relationships with internal and external customers
– Ordering and stock control
-Running cocktail Master Classes
The Ideal Bar Manager candidates will:
-Have a stable working history, working at least 2 years as an Assistant Manager in a cocktail Bar environment.
-Bring fresh ideas and creativity
-Good cocktail knowledge
-Big personality with passion for service and hospitality
-Not afraid to work hard to maintain the high standards.
In return you will receive:
-A basic salary between 25k/27k depending on experience – An opportunity is there for more if you bring the right experience.
–Great tips – The current Bar Manager can often earn £50/£60 in a night.
– Training on General Manager responsibilities.
