Seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager that has a strong desire to grow, have excellent guest service skills whilst using basic supervisory fundamentals.

As the Assistant Manager you will:

 

• Work effectively with the management team to ensure the operation runs smoothly and all revenue opportunities are maximised
• Ensure all guests receive the highest levels of service from all members of the team
• Effective management of the floor ensuring the team are fully trained in all aspects of the restaurant and each service runs smoothly
• Recruit and interview new hires.
• Lead the team by example; adopting a hands-on approach, can do, nothing is too much approach
• Ensure any guest complaints are handled effectively and professionally and all guests leave with a positive dining experience
• Proactively work and support the General Manager and Restaurant Manager to grow the business
• Effectively run the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

The ideal Assistant Manager candidates will:

 

• Have previous assistant manager experience within a high quality, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Have a passion for high quality food and delivering the highest levels of service
• Have the ability to multi-task effectively
• Have awareness of how to manage costs and increase revenue
• Have the ability to motivate a team and create a strong teamwork ethic

 

As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will:

 

• Receive a salary £20000/£22000
