We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the team in one of the finest dining venues in Worcestershire.

Our client is a charming Victorian Hotel set in beautiful landscaped gardens, offering fine French style cuisine in an award winning fine dining restaurant.

Aiming to gain further accolades to the collection, we are looking for a passion, motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager. It is important that you have extensive fine dining experience, and as a current Chef De Rang or supervisor you will be considered for the role if you have the right experience.

Working 5 days out of 7 with occasional split shifts.

 

As the ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager:

It is preferred that you come from a Rosette background and have experience in working in a fine dining setting.

It is preferred that you currently work as an Assistant Restaurant Manager however a Chef De Rang or supervisor will be considered.

Self-motivated and have the ability to understand and meet guest’s needs/expectations.

In return you will receive:

A salary of up to £21000

A share of the service charge and tips.
