Jubilee Catering & Hospitality are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our growing Accounts team in Birmingham.
Jubilee is experiencing huge growth across the company which has led to expansion of our Accounts department. We are now looking for someone to support the general Accounting functions on a day to day and work close nit with our Finance professionals and Finance Director of Jubilee.

Role Responsibilities;
• Dealing with email and telephone enquiries to the Accounts department
• Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
• Maintaining high standard of accuracy and ensuring all data is kept confidential and secure
• Preparing reports and documentation
• Data entry using Excel and IT software
• Carrying out introductory calls to our client
• Supporting the Finance Professionals with any administrative and additional requirements

The Ideal Candidate;
• Strong IT skills using systems and software – SAGE 50 is desirable
• Can demonstrate an intermediate level using Excel
• A general understanding of accounting operations
• Highest standards of accuracy to detail on a daily basis
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• To be able to work well under pressure and adapt to change
• To show consistency on a daily basis
• To understand and reflect the company’s values
