My client is looking for a head chef to manage the food operation of their 70 bedroom hotel in North Worcestershire. Part of a small group their will be support and potential growth for the successful candidate. The head chef will be looking after up to 350 cover in banqueting alongside the restaurant and room service. The hotel has great leisure facilities and this is a great role as a stepping stone to larger operations.


The successful head chef may be a sous chef looking for their first head chef role or a someone looking for a fresh challenge. The head chef will have experience in hotels, be comfortable leading a small team and managing all costs.
