Jubilee Talent was founded 21 years ago in Birmingham by Nicholas Taylor who saw a genuine requirement for a quality-of-service driven chef agency to cater for the changing demands of the hospitality sector.
As a fully trained chef himself, Nick experienced first-hand, how the hospitality recruitment market was demanding more than the current suppliers were able to deliver.
Since 2003, Jubilee Talent has grown into a company with an outstanding reputation for delivering tailor-made solutions by working closely with clients and adapting to their needs.

Jubilee Talent is more than a chef agency – we are a full-service catering agency diversifying within the entire hospitality and catering sector.
We supply both, temporary and permanent kitchen staff and support at all levels – from Executive Head Chefs, to Cooks, and to Kitchen Assistants.
Over the years we have developed a solid reputation for finding the needles in the haystacks by looking for quality, confident and professional individuals who will enhance the organisations that work with us.
We supply thousands of school meals a day and I have often needed a Chef or GA at very short notice – Jubilee provide us with excellent candidates that ensure we are able to continually provide meals to the children in our schools.
