An experienced Chef de partie is required for a permanent contract working in a fine dining gastro pub in Derby.

Our client is a new and very exciting high end gastro pub company. Currently there are two fantastic pubs serving rosette standard fresh food, with goals to gain those accolades that the restaurant highly deserves. With plans to open another restaurant in 6 weeks and a fourth by the end of the year, this is an exciting time to join the company.

Each restaurant is unique and has its own distinctive charm, the food is of a high standard using only locally sourced fresh ingredients and served by an experienced front of house team.

Due to the quick success of the current restaurants and the opening of the new establishments, the group Exec Chef is looking for Kitchen staff of levels from Commies to Junior Sous chefs. Coming from a similar high end environment would be preferable however a great attitude and an ambitious nature will go a long way.

As the Chef de partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

The Chef de partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Responsible for stock taking

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

-Day to day running of the kitchen.

-Training junior members of the team.
