My Client is a 4* hotel in Leicestershire who are looking for a head chef for their great property. The hotel has over 70 bedrooms, a large wedding venue, a spa and an 18 hole golf course set within 120 acres of countryside. The hotel also has a large C & B trade alongside a restaurant for 120 and a bar area that serves food throughout the day.

 

The successful head chef will need to have experience in 4* hotels, banqueting experience up to 200, a good leisure and corporate background. The usual experience at controlling food and staff costs is a must. Experience in a rosette property would be advantageous but not essential.

My client will pay the head chef a salary of £35000 for the role. It is essential that the head chef is able to drive due to the location
