My Client is looking for a Kitchen Manager with strong branded experience for their site in Ambleside within the beautiful Lake District, someone who is passionate about serving their local community, can work in a medium to high volume, fast paced environment. We are looking for a Kitchen Manager who is hands on, who will not only lead a kitchen team but also train and motivate a team whilst pushing the site to its maximum potential continuously building the business to its next level, driving the company’s financial performance on a day to day basis.
Branded experience in a high volume site is an essential requirement in this role.
The successful Kitchen Manager will be Overseeing food ordering, managing a team, conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations and a great record of hitting financial targets. This role needs a Head Chef good with procedures and can handle large numbers. Experience cooking to spec would be desired.
