Beautiful Manor House on the southern edge of the Cotswolds are seeking an organically minded, fresh food obsessed Chef to take up the Jnr Sous post supporting the Senior Kitchen Brigade to achieve 2AA Rosettes.
You will have some input into the exciting, seasonal menus and also what fruit and veg gets produced from the Kitchen Garden.
48 hours a week generally speaking, no ridiculous 70 hour weeks here! Also a FULL BRIGADE, this is the final piece of the puzzle so the team can get to work on achieving the 2AA Rosette award that has been hinted at by the Inspector.
You must have the dedication and mettle to run the pass in the absence of the top line, but equally you will be happy to run a section soundly during a busy service, probably with some top level banqueting going on at the same time.
Accommodation is available at a small cost, in the gorgeous shared staff house with a beautiful big back garden to sit outside on sunny days and sip summertime drinks.
