Michael joins us here at Jubilee with 10+ years’ experience gained in the restaurant and bar trade. On leaving university with a Sports Management degree, he turned in part time bar job into a full one, and thus properly begin his journey in hospitality. Working his way up from barman to General manager, he has worked in a range of food led destinations, in and around the home counties and North London.
Now with a wife and two boys who keep him more than busy when not at work, he decided it was time to leave the hospitality industry, and move on to his next challenge, which came in the form of Jubilee, where he will be looking to make an immediate impact.
Interesting Fact – Michael met his wife at his first job at the Red Lion in Welwyn
