Joe worked in hospitality since his first bar job at the age of 18 and has loved every minute of it. He has been fortunate enough to hold a variety of positions from glass collector to Head Chef and General Manger in a wide range of venues from country pubs to nightclubs and fine dining restaurants.
His big passion has always been Cocktails, Joe has written various magazine articles on the joys of cocktails and how to do them right and has had several cocktails published in recipe books while managing cocktail bars.
His passion has meant he has been able to work alongside chefs such as Jean Christophe Novelli and with brands such as Armand De Brignac and British Cassis.
Joes current role allows him me to continue to work with great chefs in an industry he loves and knows well.
Interesting Fact: Joe once made a cocktail for the late, great Stephen Hawking while he attended a wine tasting he was hosting.
