John worked his way up the ladder from Commis Chef to Executive Chef with over 25 years’ experience in hotels, contract catering and food development. John’s relationship with Jubilee actually began in 2011 as a relief chef where he spent three years at Silverstone working on everything from corporate lunches for 10 people all the way through to the F1 weekend catering for 2000 covers a day. John moved into his Recruitment Consultant role with Jubilee in 2014 and has since grown the DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) desk, working successfully with schools, care homes, hospitals, nurseries and also large contractors supporting various kitchen positions in numerous locations within the Midlands region. John attributes his years in the trade in assisting greatly with his recruitment and how he manages his team of chefs on a daily basis.
