I am looking for a kitchen manager or head chef for my client, a recently opened vibrant café. This is a fast paced role where you will be customer facing so confidence in talking to customers is essential. The site is open 10am -7pm 7 days a week so you will be working 5 out of 7 days but no late finishes.

As kitchen manager you will be in charge of HACCP and all safeguard procedures, managing a team of 5 in the recently refitted kitchen where my client has spent around £70k.

In return my client is looking to pay £25k and is offering an opportunity to be part of a profit share scheme if you remain at the company.
