We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join a unique venue that offers a quality fresh food, upmarket food offering located close to Ashby de la Zouch & Loughborough.

This is a great role for an experienced Chef de Partie who enjoys working with fresh food and enjoys a fast a fast paced environment while working to high standards.

You will be joining an expanding company so there is great opportunity for progression here.

As the Junior Sous Chef you will be involved in the preparation, presentation and service of high quality food items for the customers. Participate in breakfast, lunch & dinner service when required, train junior members of the team, ensure all Health & safety regulations are adhered too and to give feedback and ideas on new menus.

As Junior Sous Chef you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional chef experience preferably in a similar standard working with fresh food.

– Experience within a luxury Hotel environment would be advantageous.

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

– Stable working history

-Minimum of a NVQ level 2 qualification
